5. The Stoic Library of Self-Respect

The Stoic Library of Self-Respect is a digital product made up of five digital books designed to apply Stoic wisdom to real situations.

6. Purchase and digital access

Purchases are made through secure external payment platforms. Once payment is confirmed, the user receives immediate access to the digital books or, alternatively, access instructions by email at the address provided during purchase.

It is the user’s responsibility to enter their email address correctly. Access is personal and non-transferable.

7. Personal use of the materials

The acquired materials are for the personal, individual, and non-commercial use of the buyer.

8. Prohibitions

It is expressly prohibited to copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share access, record, adapt, commercially exploit, or present the materials as your own, without express written authorization from Lattice Media Lab SAS.

9. Intellectual property

All texts, digital books, images, designs, brand, names, representations of Gabriel Herrera, and associated materials belong to The Stoic Garden / Lattice Media Lab SAS or are used with the proper authorization.

The purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights. It only grants a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable license of use.

10. Guarantee and refunds

The applicable guarantee or refund policy will be the one stated on the sales page and on the payment platform at the time of purchase. Those conditions prevail over any other reference.

11. Results and expectations

Specific results are not guaranteed. The content can provide clarity, reflection, and tools, but the results depend on the user, their context, their decisions, and their personal circumstances.

12. Limitation of liability

Lattice Media Lab SAS, The Stoic Garden, and its collaborators shall not be liable for:
